Bonus system terms


These Bonus Program Terms and Conditions define the mechanism of the bonus program of "UrexTrade" EOOD., with UIC 203998022, and govern the relationships arising in connection with participation in the program. By using the program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms. They are an integral part of the General Terms of Use for urex.io.

The Bonus Program of "Urex Trade" EOOD combines a Loyalty and a Referral Program, with bonus points accruing under both programs in accordance with the terms described below.

Participation in the Bonus Program

  1. A participant in the Bonus Program is any natural or legal person who has verified their urex.io account. Unverified customers, as well as employees of "Urex Trade" EOOD, are not eligible to participate in the program.
  2. When verifying their account, participants provide their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Program Mechanism


Loyalty Program

Every user with a verified account accumulates a bonus in the form of points based on the volume of executed and completed orders for the purchase and sale of cryptocurrency in Bulgarian levs. The bonus amounts to 0.3% of the volume of the aforementioned executed and completed orders.

Referral Program

  1. Each user receives a unique referral link through which they can invite other potential users to use the services of urex.io.
  2. Every user who participates in the urex.io referral program by sharing their referral link receives a bonus in bonus points, amounting to 0.2% of all executed orders for the purchase or sale of cryptocurrency with Bulgarian levs by the clients they have invited. Invited customers must verify their accounts and must not have been existing customers of "Urex Trade" EOOD at the time they were invited; furthermore, invited customers must not have placed and/or executed an order to buy, sale, or exchange of one cryptocurrency for another, even if, for example, they used a different email address to register before being invited.

Calculation of Bonus Points

Program participants receive a bonus, which is calculated as a percentage of the volume of their own executed orders, as well as the executed orders of the clients they have invited, in Bulgarian levs.

The bonus is accumulated in bonus points, with 1 lev = 10 bonus points. For the purpose of earning points, the figure after conversion is rounded up when it is above 0.5 and down when it is below 0.5. Sample calculation: if a verified client has placed and executed an order for 10,000 BGN, their bonus equals 0.3% * 10,000 BGN = 30 BGN, for which they receive 30 BGN * 10 = 300 points. If that same client has referred a friend to trade cryptocurrencies on urex.io via their referral link, and the friend verifies their account and places an order for 2,000 BGN, then in addition to those 300 points, the first client will receive 0.2% * 2,000 BGN = 4 BGN * 10 = 40 points. The referred client will also earn bonus points: 0.3% * 2,000 BGN = 6 BGN * 10 = 60 points.

"Urex Trade" EOOD. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the conversion rate of the bonus into bonus points, and is not obligated to notify each user in writing of these or other similar changes.

Checking Bonus Points

The total accumulated, used, and available points can be easily checked in the customer’s profile under the “Bonus Program” section; additionally, the platform provides a daily table showing the accumulated bonus.

Accumulation of Bonus Points

  1. Only processed and completed orders for the purchase and sale of cryptocurrency with Bulgarian levs count toward the accumulation of bonus points. If an order is canceled for any reason, no points are accumulated.
  2. "Urex Trade" EOOD. reserves the right to add and/or remove order types and/or currency pairs that are included in the accumulation of the bonus and bonus points at any time.
  3. "Urex Trade" EOOD. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to set a limit on the number of points a client may accumulate within a given period.
  4. Participants are not entitled to exchange their accumulated bonus points, in whole or in part, for fiat currency, such as Bulgarian levs.

 Use of Bonus Points

  1. Accumulated Bonus Points can be used to purchase one of the supported cryptocurrencies on urex.io. The purchase of cryptocurrency with Bonus Points takes place in the customer’s account on the “Bonus Program” page, where there is a dedicated feature for this purpose. To redeem their Bonus Points, a participant must have a minimum of 1,000 total accumulated available Bonus Points from their own orders or from the orders of their invited referrals; if a participant decides to use their Bonus Points, they may use only the entire accumulated amount of available Bonus Points. Each time points are exchanged for cryptocurrency, the corresponding number of points used is deducted from the total number of available accumulated points. If all available Bonus Points are used, the available Bonus Points are reset to zero and begin accumulating again.


To use their Bonus Points again, the participant must accumulate the minimum number of Bonus Points once more. To place an order to purchase cryptocurrency with Bonus Points, the participant must enter the crypto address where they wish to receive the respective cryptocurrency. The participant must then confirm the transaction details, with the customer agreeing that the exchange rate is for reference only. The actual "Buy" rate at which the transaction is executed is the rate at the time the transaction confirmation button is pressed. Once an order to purchase cryptocurrency with Bonus Points has been placed, it cannot be canceled or exchanged in any way thereafter.

"Urex Trade" EOOD is not liable for an incorrectly provided crypto address. Participants understand that crypto transactions cannot be reversed and that they may lose the cryptocurrency if an incorrect address is provided. "Urex Trade" Ltd. reserves the right to change the way participants can use their Bonus Points, and all changes will be promptly updated and published on urex.io.

Participants’ Obligations

Every user who redeems their accumulated Bonus Points from the Loyalty Program or from their participation in the Referral Program by sharing their referral link agrees:

  1. Not to create more than one account in their name and not to “self-refer,” with the “self-referral” condition also applying to related accounts of legal entities and their owners and managers;
  2. Not to represent themselves as an authorized person or as a person associated with "Urex Trade" EOOD.
  3. Not to use SPAM to invite new users;
  4. Not to bid on branded terms such as "urex.io" in online search engines;
  5. Not to refer individuals involved in criminal or illegal activities, nor to be involved in such activities themselves;
  6. To notify "Urex Trade" Ltd. if they have information that any of their referrals are involved in illegal activities;
  7. To assume responsibility and pay for damages incurred by "Urex Trade" EOOD due to their illegal actions or those of their referrals;
  8. That "Urex Trade" EOOD has the right to request additional information if there are suspicions of activities that may jeopardize "Urex Trade" EOOD financially, reputationally, or legally.

Termination of the Program

  1. "Urex Trade" EOOD has the right to unilaterally and without notice terminate this agreement with a program participant in the event of a violation or failure to comply with the program terms, or if there is suspicion of abuse or compromise of the program by participants, as well as if a participant takes advantage of preferential trading conditions.
  2. "Urex Trade" EOOD has the right to determine and change the duration of the program at its discretion.
  3. "Urex Trade" EOOD has the right at any time to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions, including the point calculation system, the conversion rate from money to points, the number of points earned upon order fulfillment, the method of using accumulated points, the minimum number of accumulated points required for their use, and more.
  4. Any changes to the General Terms and Conditions will be communicated to participants at the website https://urex.io/.
  5. "Urex Trade" EOOD has the right to terminate the program in whole or in part at any time without notice. In all cases, this will be announced to participants at the website https://urex.io/ and/or by other appropriate means at the discretion of "Urex Trade" EOOD.
  6. "Urex Trade" EOOD shall not be liable to participants or for their accumulated bonus points for any changes to the Terms and Conditions, modifications to the Bonus Program, or its termination, insofar as participants understand and agree that the program is organized at the company’s sole discretion and in no way obligates customers of "Urex Trade" EOOD to participate in the Bonus Program and/or trade on the platform https://urex.io/

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy of urex.io. "Urex Trade" EOOD does not share information regarding turnover or personal data of invited clients with participants in the Referral Program.
