I am unable to complete verification. What could be the reason?

There may be several reasons for the verification to fail:

Related to your identity document:

- Not all edges of your identity card/passport are visible

- The document has already expired and is not valid

- Poor quality of your photos

- You see that a trash can icon appears on your photos and you think there is a problem with the document and you do not proceed further

- The delete option is available so that you can delete a document uploaded by mistake. If you have taken a picture of the correct document, you do not need to take any further action regarding it and can safely move forward.

Related to your real-time selfie:

- Your gaze is not directed directly at the camera

- You are not following the instructions that the procedure requires and lists as guidelines.
